A patent-pending thermal desalinator built on the family geometry — with no membranes to replace and no heated walls to scale. The heat carrier is superheated water steam: the same substance as the product, so direct contact cannot contaminate the distillate.
- ~95–97% recovery. Evaporation has no osmotic ceiling — where membrane systems stop at 35–50%, this machine keeps going.
- Nothing to scale. Salts crystallize in the brine, not on equipment — because there is no heated heat-transfer wall in the evaporation zone. The industry's disease becomes the product.
- Zero liquid brine discharge. The concentrate is finished — by solar pan or by our Continuous Dryer — to dry, easily handled powdered salts and minerals, including scarce elements, as chemical-industry feedstock.
- Distillate-grade purity by nature of the process — condensed vapor, not filtered water.
- Runs on the heat you have: fuel, solar, or low-grade waste heat (a reduced-pressure mode allows evaporation at correspondingly lower temperatures).
- Self-cleaning by design: a periodic air purge clears the seawater path of salt deposits as routine maintenance.
Where it fits: arid, fuel-rich regions where water is the scarce resource; waste-heat sites where the energy is already paid for; brine management and mineral recovery; high-purity industrial water (boiler feed, pharmaceutical, semiconductor feedstock).
